Gary M. Stentz, Esq.
Mr. Stentz is an attorney with a law practice directed toward handling business, real estate, and estate planning legal needs for clients.
With a practice focused on individuals and business owners, Mr. Stentz enjoys working with the multitude of legal matters and issues that arise in the course of just living life as an individual in an increasingly complex world and/or managing and running a growing business. Mr. Stentz owns and has owned and grown businesses and understands the complexities and pressures associated with building profitable businesses, including the impact on one’s personal balance sheet and the need for protection of personal assets from business related activities.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Stentz pursued a career in institutional investment management, managing global portfolios of billions of dollars of investment monies for large pension plans, endowment funds and foundations. Throughout his career, he has enjoyed working with clients to create strategies designed to achieve the personal and financial goals sought by business managers and individuals, while managing risks at acceptable levels.

Mr. Hallowes practiced law in Columbus for 34 years.
Over that time, he successfully handled the legal needs for business owners and individuals in wide ranging areas of the law that include business law, home health agency transactions, complex real estate law issues, and wealth protection through formation of trusts, limited liability company strategies, and thoughtful tax and business planning.
Mr. Hallowes developed a solid reputation in the legal community for providing first-rate legal services that have prevented unwanted legal issues for his clients. When a preventative strategy is not available, his approach is to resolve legal issues as economically as possible for his clients. As an entrepreneur, business owner and real estate investor, he has extensive knowledge and experience in business and investing and regularly provides astute business advice to his clients that help them better manage and grow their businesses. He is known for his keen legal mind, extensive knowledge of legal matters gained through hands-on experience working for the interests of his clients, persistence in pursuing results for his clients, and delivering successful results. He enjoys working with the various situations that clients encounter, determining possible outcomes and pursuing and delivering cost-effective solutions.
Outside of practicing law, Don taught a real estate law course at Ohio Dominican University and has a published article in The Capital Law School Law Review titled, “Comprehensive Insurance Coverage of CERCLA Response Costs”. He served on the Reynoldsburg board of zoning and Building Appeals and the Charter Review Commission. He loves dogs, family and his wife, Shari.
